Cancel or Modify Order:

If you would like to cancel or modify your order before it is fulfilled, please CALL/TEXT US (Preferable method of contact) at (267) 730-3203 or email us ASAP at awgulfishing@gmail.com. After your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

 

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:
Awgul Fishing offers returns, refunds, or exchanges on products that are in brand new condition still in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns (Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect). 

Refund/Exchange Process for Defective Products
1.) Email us at awgulfishing@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to return defective items from your purchase. Include your transaction ID number.

2.) Awgul Fishing will provide you with mailing information to send your return to via email.

3.) Upon receiving the return package and approval, Awgul Fishing will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
